All Level 30 Boss Keys are available through the shop at level 28, or for free through a series of missions given by the "Keymaker" NPC located in Market Square New Paris of Old World Town.
First group of Keymaker missions:
- Beat Queen Bathory, to get the plan for the Queen of Diamonds Key.
- Beat Akirun, to get the plan for the Slavemaster Key.
- Beat Pyrox, Spartan, and Lava Ant, to get the plan for the Devourer Dragon Key.
- Beat Sentinel, to get the plan for the Power Plant West Key.
Second group of missions:
- Beat Power Plant West, to get the plan for the Dr. Bauhoff key.
- Beat Slavemaster, to get the plan for the Raider Village key.
Third group of missions:
- Beat Dr. Bauhoff (and others at New Naples Street) to get the plans for the key to Riot Town.
- Beat Raider Village, to get the plan for the Raider Valley Key.
Fourth group of missions:
- Beat Riot Town, to get the plan for the Seven Deadly Sins key.
